    Da Yeh University's nascent English Department has several faculty openings effective Fall 1999 at the assistant professor level. The successful candidates should have expertise and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: TESOL, applied linguistics, foreign language acquisition, business English, and linguistics. They should also have their Ph.D degrees in hand no later then March, 1999 for Fall employment. Responsibilities include teaching (ca. 10 hours per week), helping the Department establish a core curriculum and research programs in keeping with its teaching goals.
